Nine months ago, we parted ways with Bo and Allison of s/v Selah, after cruising over 1500 miles together through the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. In May 2016, they returned to the US to work, and we continued down island. We’ve been anxiously awaiting their return to the Caribbean ever since.

Now, it’s finally happened. We’ve reunited! It feels like no time has passed at all, except for the fact that we can’t stop swapping stories – our adventures south, Bo’s work at the summer olympics in Rio, Alli’s work in Africa… ok, I guess a lot has happened after all.

Bo and Alli are like family, and it’s amazing to be back here, enjoying St. John with them.

Our first night together, we were surprised when our friends Stacey and Jesse on Smitty pulled into the anchorage! We first met in Annapolis and they’re living in St. Thomas now. Friends all around – it’s a very good thing.
